NEW COOK ISLANDS LLC LAW

In June 2008, the Cook Islands parliament enacted a comprehensive limited liability company act containing important asset protection benefits. Southpac is pleased to have assisted in the drafting of pertinent provisions of this important new act. Clients may now register LLCs in the Cook Islands in addition to Nevis.
